BENEFITS

  • Setting up barrier paper can be time consuming, a set up may take 30 minutes or more, become soiled and ultimately need to be thrown away
  • Reusable, durable protection rolls can be cleaned and easily stowed after use
  • Technicians would be more likely to use it, promoting good shopkeeping practice
  • Vinyl fabric color matched for each work stand would also look more professional.

Typical barrier paper set up to prevent FOD migration and to protect personnel

THIS IS THE TOP SIDE VIEW OF OUR STAND.

  • Thin paper an become messy and torn
  • In the event of a dropped tool, it could break through possibly injuring personnel
  • In order to facilitate other tasks the barrier may have to be repositioned or removed.
  • If the barrier were solid vinyl, it could be easily taken down and replaced with less headache than paper.

16 yards should be enough to cut and fit around the waistline and platform tool as a catch all

Royal blue would look nice for the Blue work platform and gray would look good for the service section tool
