PROCRASTINATION

• Procrastination is putting important things to the side and doing it later
• It’s important to always do the important stuff first and then do the little things after

LISTENING

• Many people when they listen, are already spacing out, jumping to conclusions, and being judgmental
• You should always listen to the other person then process what you hear

BOREDOM

• When you listen to something that you don’t like you get bored and don’t listen to what’s happening around you
• When something is happening it’s important to be in the zone so you know what’s happening around you

RELEVANCY

• When you listen and then get side tracked, you probably don’t remember what they say
• That’s why you need to be in the zone so what you say can be relevant
