The Fundamental Athletes and Families…
After a huge success last year we will be giving away another Traeger Pro 575
Our goal is to raise money to pay for field time all winter, with some additional equipment. We need new balls, new t’s, new bownets etc.
How this works:
1. Everyone will get 20 Raffle tickets to start. Cost per entry is $10.00. Each player has a goal of 20 tickets. Whether you sell 2 or 20 it’s all appreciated. To give you and idea our leader last year in ticket entries sold 120 tickets.
2. On one part of the stub you will put the purchaser’s name and phone number and the athlete’s name. The other part will go to the purchaser. This will make it clear who sold the ticket and who purchased the ticket. You keep the part with the names and numbers.
3. You will each have an envelope for your tickets, cash and checks to return.
4. On the back of your packet will be a spread sheet for you to collect names and addresses for each person who purchases tickets and how many each person buys. We would LOVE you to send Handwritten Thank you cards to anyone who purchase’s a ticket
5. Lisa Reynoso will be collecting you’re packets at Maple Elementary on Saturday October 15.
Ways to Collect funds:
• Venmo, @Fundamentals-Fundraising
• Checks made payable to, The Fundamentals
• Cash
If a purchaser pays through Venmo, please only send ONE Venmo transfer per player at the end of the raffle.
We will be giving everyone from September 20th until October 15th to sell as many as you can.
There will be gift cards in the amounts of $25, $50, and $75 to the top three sellers and an additional prize for all athletes who sell 20 tickets.
We found last year that sharing individually on your social media platforms brought tremendous success to our Athletes.
A short video will be posted on band having our last year’s leader Avery announce the winning ticket alongside Coach Holte and Lisa Reynoso. We will then reach out to the winner so we can hand deliver the Traeger to the winner’s front door.

We have sold raffle tickets for gift baskets. We have run booster dinner with an auction with a limited amount of really cool items to bid on, we have also run a Chinese Lottery auction, and run a fundraiser golf tourney.

You could auction off things like the football team working your yard and chores at your house etc, or lunch with the superintendent etc.

Here is a chance to have guide groups or other teams at the school a chance to make some money and not have to worry if anyone is available. This happens at 5a-2a schools all the time.

Why can’t families who can’t afford the athletic fee work a designated amount of hours as line judges for volleyball or yardage or down signs for football?

We need scorekeepers…why can’t we pay students to do this or give them elective credits?
