Eat Three Meals A Day Don't skip any meals to try and lose weight, it will make you less healthy as your starving your body. Choose a wide variety of foods from each food group and choose suitable foods for you to eat.
Choose high fibre, low GI carbohydrates. You can simply change your low fibre diets to high by changing white bread to wholemeal bread, rice bubbles to porridge, etc.
Choose healthy, low fat snacks in between meals. Limit takeaway foods, use low fat or reduced fat foods, avoid oily greasy foods and don't have too much rich dairy like butter, cream and mayonnaise.
