ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Complete the Announcement Form (by sign-in sheet) and submit it to the main office by 8:30 a.m.

Regular announcements will be made daily at 8:40 a.m.. Very brief announcements will be made at 3:40 p.m., if needed.

ARRIVAL TIME

● Support Staff: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

● Teachers: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

● Office Personnel/Clerks: 7:45 a.m. – 4:15 p.m.
Clock in every day and sign in on sign-in sheet on office counter by 8 a.m.

Teachers will report directly to 1st period classroom or duty location. Are you going to be late? Let the Office Manager and Assistant Principal know of your delay.

ASSEMBLIES
● require good character from students at assemblies.
● misbehavior is a reflection on the teacher’s classroom management.
● enter and exit the auditorium in a quiet, orderly fashion.
● remain with students during the entire program.
● do not leave the auditorium during a program unless it is an emergency.
● do not read or write during an assembly unless a class has been assigned to take notes.
● All assemblies must be approved by the principal and scheduled by the office manager.
