Mental Health

Fight and flight or freeze response doesn't leave. Body exhausts this process as it never goes away.

We're looking for a threat in our environment. If one doesn't present itself, we'll manufacture one.

Adrenaline is produced to deal with a bear that isn't there. Long term exposure isn't healthy. Is exhausting and can lead to a feedback loop.

Signs - trembling, dizziness, stomach ache,

Worrying rarely helps you improve.

Freezing works with hares - not so much public speaking. Monkey mind.
