Examine how each behavior morphs
from one to four

Level four is unique

Focuses all elements of work

When we are asked to look for more than one behaviors, use a three step procedure

• Score first behavior
• Score second behavior
• If the scores are different, determine which score is most representative of the work

We also must add the third behavior mentioned only in level four

So, add "score third behavior" if it is relevant.
Then, again, if the scores are different, choose the score that is most representative of the work as a whole
