Who i am

  • I am an Empowerment Mentor and an Award Winning Author of the upcoming book The Skinny on Eating Like You Give A Damn. I provide high-level vegan mentorship to busy professionals. We work together quickly to make their navigation through our non-vegan world a lot less overwhelming with lifestyle hacks and communication coaching.

Who i am

  • I was a meat and cheese lover just like most people until I made a conscious connection to the food on my plate and the animals I admire, and the impact to my health. Now, I specialize in inducing magical “shifts” in mindset so that the vegan diet my clients adopt is simply an applied manifestation of their own innate principals.

  • Our culture is disempowered by this belief, and we therefore compartmentalize how we view pets vs. farm animals who have the same capacities as pets.

  • Animals: farmed animals and their predators, by-catch aquatic life, forest animals, extinction of endangered species.

  • In your own integrity and from that person you strive to be, you must hold yourself accountable to your actions. Don’t be an avoider or a victim.

  • “What about HUMANE, organic, grass fed, free range, non-GMO, wild caught, cage-free…yada yada.” That is clever marketing that we buy into – because no one wants to feel like we are are cruel or unhealthy. They are still cruel and unhealthy, therefor unnecessary.
