- A Doughboy is a U.S. Infantryman
- Doughboys got their names from their 4 buttons on their uniform looking like floor dumpling of dough cakes
- Doughboys were sent to France to fight for our country

- Usually used the 1903 Springfield Rifle
- Normally did whatever they could to keep themselves entertained

- There was a place called no mans land
- There was a firing trench that let them throw grenades and shoot their rifles
- There were around 8.5 to 12 million deaths just from trench warfare
- There was a M1897 trench gun that could shoot long range
