Recently,scientists have discovered that some of the superpowers that aquaman shows in the hit movie could be possible.those powers are :establishing underwater cities , breathing underwater, and talking to dolphins.

If you’ve dreamed of breathing underwater , you’re in luck. A company called jun kamei is making a 3-d printed mask called the amphibio. it uses artificial gills to expel co2 and filter in oxygen from the surrounding water through osmosis.

People say that living underwater is impossible but these scientists are starting to prove them wrong. Some of the scientists at aquareef base have managed to live underwater for up to 10 days this is very hard because of the carbon dioxide bubbles and the extreme pressure.

This article is newsworthy because it could change the way people think about animals and basic human breathing patterns!!Communicating with dolphins could change the world because we could establish new basic communication standards! Establishing underwater cities could be groundbreaking because we would have access to a lot more resources and places. And finally breathing underwater could really help with research about the ocean

I chose to write about this topic because it caught my eye and it seemed interesting I watched the movie aquaman and thought about how cool it would be to have super-human powers.
I am viewing this article through the cultural lens because it is based off of a hit movie that made lots of money. it culturally impacted society, because so many people watched the movie.
