THINKING OF BUYING?

Here are a few very important reasons why you should use a REALTOR

There are NO FEES to buyer clients when working with a Realtor.
Transaction fees are paid by the seller.

The average selling price for homes in the GTA in February 2014 was $553,193. That is a huge financial transaction. A licensed Realtor will negotiate the best price on your behalf and look after your interests.

Under a Buyer Representation Agreement, your Realtor is bound to you with fiduciary duties, (loyalty, obedience, full disclosure, duty to use skill, care and diligence, duty to account for all monies) and protects your information.

Under Agreement, your Realtor is able to share expert opinions and provide you with neighbourhood information that you may not be aware of. Furthermore, it also becomes my duty to answer questions that you may not even know to ask.

There is nothing in the Buyer Representation Agreement that states that you have to buy anything.
