PRESENTATION OUTLINE

The Canyons Teacher Support Academy is a series of classes designed to provide training and assistance with the components of the Canyons Teacher Effectiveness Support System (CTESS) for all teachers newly hired in Canyons School District.

Each CTSA class has 2 parts:

Part One: 30 minute online presentation module and quiz (participation tracked with quiz completion)
Part Two: 60 minute in-person discussion session (attendance tracked by signing the roll)

By completing both parts of every CTSA class,
teachers will receive a
$200 stipend.

($25 for each part)

The in-person classes (Part 2) for SECONDARY teachers will be held at individual schools with administrators.

The in-person classes (Part 2) for ELEMENTARY teachers are held at CAB-East with two options each month.

Secondary teachers who are not able to attend their school-based discussion session may attend in-person classes.
