• Assign a grade for each area of BHD: Reservations Dept., Associate Program, Stylists, Leadership, BHD Team as a Brand
• Choose a goal from each area that you would like accomplished in 2016

January Service Focus

• Awapuhi treatments
• With a Awa. Treat, guests receive 20% Awapuhi Shampoo or Cream Rinse or both!

CONTEST TIME!!

• BLING, BLING, BLING!!!
• The lovely lady who sells the MOST bottles of Bling wins a prize!!
• Contest starts TODAY Jan. 7th thru Sat. Jan. 30th
• **Must sell at least 5 to enter contest!

Bucket of Shame

• 2 buckets, 2 teams, 1 prize!
• We don't always realize how much we throw away every day in color so we're going to have a fun contest to see which team throws away the least amount of color!
• Every Saturday, measurments will be taken and tallied, team with the most tallies wins!
