multiplying fractions

• Think of just doing standard algorithm
• Example: 1/2 x 1/2
• 1x1
• and 2x2
• basically, you just multiply the denominator with the denominminator
• And the numerator with the numerator

Decimal fractions

• example: 1/10=0.1
• 75/100=0.75
