4 WEEKS

FLEXIBILITY

  • Stretch everyday for at least 15 minutes
  • Do different stretches
  • Do stretches that will stretch everything

  • Run/use elliptical every other day for the 4 weeks
  • Eat healthier
  • Have more fruits and vegetables
  • Ride bikes rather than drive if the destination is close

BUILD MUSCLE

  • Go to the gym 3 times a week
  • Lift weights
  • Keep adding on weights as you get stronger
