  • 3 Junk food can Hijack many peoples brain biochemistry it will lead to overconsumption the person having lost control over their consumption
  • 4 Processed foods carbohydrates are "simple"/refined this leads to rapid spikes in blood sugar and insulin levels

  • 5 Many nutrients in Whole Foods are not in processed food
  • 6 digesting/metabolizing processed foods only burns half the calories compared to whole foods

  • 7 Fiber has various health benefits but it is very low in processed foods because it is ether lost or intentionally taken out during processing

  • Processed foods are often high in fat levels
  • Over consumption of processed foods can quickly lead to health issues such diabetes leaving that person weak to illness and unable to do many activities

Eating too much of anything is "bad" but processed food can get there faster but every person has the right/responsibly to/of their own body but will have to face the consequences for EVERYTHING
