  • Playing sports is a part of physical health.
  • Running, basketball, soccer, etc. are all parts of physical health.

  • Social Health is the wellness you gain from having a good relatonship with others.
  • Socializing can be good because you have people to talk to, and you don't feel alone.
  • Interacting with others can also be good for jobs you may do in the future.

  • Emotional/ mental health is how you think of yourself and how wel you handle stress and many other challanges.
  • Mental health is having a good state of mind, and detirmends how you handle descion making.

Ideal Health

  • I think an ideal health is working out once a day, playing minimum of two sports, eating healthy everyday, and getting a good nights rest.
  • I think this a good ideal health because it can make you feel like a better person, and make you have a clear mind for the day.
