Me and Joe are working on a community project to help athletes choose a better diet while competing, this is meant to be an alternative to just not eating at all in scarcity of getting sick.

This is Rock Hill Nutrition LLC. we would like to call them to ask but haven't gotten a chance.

We have a list of foods that would be good for consumption for athletes.
1. Quinoa
2. Bananas
3.Berries
4. Beans
5. Pasta

Things athletes can do to prepare themselves to compete
The average person needs 8 hours of sleep but if they improve that to 10 hours of sleep before competing they can actually be 13% more energized the next day

Nathan talked to his uncle who is a nutritionist in Myrtle Beach. And he said that for nutrition in athletes that they eat strictly carbs the night before and drink water all day. Lots of fruit and juice.

  • Making the Haiku - 1 hour 20 minutes
  • Meetings with advisor - 1 hour
  • Our first idea with wrestlers and nutrition bags for wrestlers - 4 hours
