Concierge (känˈsyerZH): noun

  • (especially in France) a caretaker of an apartment complex or a small hotel, typically one living on the premises.
  • a hotel employee whose job is to assist guests by arranging tours, making theater and restaurant reservations, etc

Concierge Prototype

  • Product/service functionality is custom delivered in degraded or informal or non-complete way
  • Useful in testing value proposition
  • Best for service or involving physical product
  • Often involves intensive human labor component

  • To what degree is the customer reacting to the high service level?
  • Can you scale the solution?
  • Doesn't really work for digital only products
