  • Khat is a flowering evergreen shrub, stimulant
  • Mative to East africa and the arabian peninsula
  • Mental effects include paranoia, nightmares, and hallucinations
  • physical effects include brown stain on the teeth, insomnia, and increasing blood pressure and heart rate
  • overdose effects include Delusions, loss of appetite, and increasing or decreasing heart rate
