How to Make Ice Cream

INTRODUCTION

• Hello my name is Mackenzie Rood. I am 6 years old. I am in First Grade. This is my first speech. Today I am going to tell you how to make ice cream.

INGREDIENTS

• Big plastic bag
• Small plastic bag
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Ice
• 1/3 cup rock salt
• 2 tablespoons white sugar
• Spoons for sharing

INSTRUCTIONS

• First fill the big bag half way with ice and add 1/3 cup rock salt.

INSTRUCTIONS

• Second, pour into the small bag 1 cup heavy cream, 2 tablespoons white sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
• Then squeeze out all of the air in the bag, seal and put into large bag of ice.

INSTRUCTIONS

• Third, shake bag for 5-20 minutes.
• If your hands get too cold, you can wrap the bag in a towel
