  • Can’t connect to school’s student wifi -- Review wifi connection instructions
  • Can’t access school email account -- Review email connection instructions then contact Computer Support to have password reset

  • School-issued laptop malfunction -- Contact Computer Support for loaner laptop and repair of current
  • School-issued laptop insufficiently charged -- Sit near power outlet and use spare charging cable -- Remember to charge your laptop every night!

  • Can’t access valid Internet-based resource -- Verify with teacher that resource is valid -- Contact Network Admin to remove access restriction
  • Can’t access school-based online resource -- Verify using correct credentials then Contact Computer Support to have password reset
