  • The northern Paiute lived in the south western part of Idaho.

WHAT DID THYE EAT AND RELY ON TO SURVIVE?

  • They would eat pine nuts, fruits, deer, elk, buffalo, is what they ate to survive.

WHAT DID THE PAIUTE INDIANS WEAR

  • The Paiute Indians wore breach cloths or skirts made from animal hides buckskin or cliff rose bark depending on the weather.

WERE THE PAIUTE TRIBE NOMADIC

  • The Paiute moved around to Arizona, Nevada, California, and Idaho in the Great Basin region.

WERE THEY PART OF A LARGER TRIBE IN OTHER STATES OR DID THEY ONLY LIVE IN IDAHO?
