  • The relevancy of a class is not always found in the lesson, subject matter, or content.
  • You can find relevancy in going to the class, learning, doing the work, and engaging in class.

  • The faster you are thinking, the more likley you are to get bored.
  • Indicators of boredom can be doodling, finger drumming, pen tapping, knee bouncing, hair twirling, and even pen chewing.

  • Procrastination is the act of putting something off that you may consider a burden or unpleasant.
  • Examples of procrastination can be a project/school work and chores.
