HOW WOULD YOU GET CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE?

  • We would put a radio ad on Spotify and get 20% off if you call our number
  • We would send out a coupon book that has promo codes

HOW WOULD CUSTOMERS BROWSE FOR MERCHANDISE?

  • They can go to our websites
  • There are games on the website

CUSTOMERS NEED TO ASK A QUESTION

  • Me and max will have a live chat from 4-6
  • You can call our number any other time but it will just be a computer

RETURNS

  • You can just sent it back and we can give you the money back
  • Can also drop it off in the little slip in the store

PAYING IN The STORE AND OUTSIDE

  • In the store we will have samples of the shoes displayed, and have a touchscreen computer for ordering. Outside of the store it will just be the same as every other store.

COMPLAINTS

  • You could complain to us over the live chat or complain on our complaints section on the website

QR CODES

  • We would have qr codes in our coupon books

SUMMARY

  • I think a store like this could exist because everything is becoming more electronic, but I think it's hard to believe everyone would buy everything from there phones.
  • We are worried about there being no workers to help out.
