My Papa's Waltz

PRESENTATION OUTLINE

MY PAPA'S WALTZ

BY: GENO CRONIN,BRIAN BONNER, AND BRIAN ADAMS

Title
The poem might be about a child dancing with his father.

Paraphrase
The whiskey on your breath. Could make a little child dizzy. I hung on like my life depended on it. That was not easy.
We danced until the pans fell and made a loud noise. My mothers facial expression could not stop smiling.
Fathers hand held my wrist, it was broken on one knuckle. Every time he missed a step I scraped his belt buckle.
You hit my head with your watch, with a dirty hand. Then brought me off to bed, still holding onto you.
