I taught for one year in a Lansing public middle school, then spent my other 3 years of teaching in Portage Central HS. I love teaching traditional math, but I have spent the past 2 years designing a personal finance curriculum that I am really proud of.

I love watching/playing baseball. It is my goal to one day see all 30 ballparks, currently I have seen 12. It is a great way to travel the country and experience the cultures of different cities.

I love kayaking, camping, hiking, and anything outdoors. This is in the pacific ocean

I love biking with friends. It's become a tradition to bike a 40 mile trail from Kalamazoo to lake Michigan.

I love to cook in my spare time. I love trying new recipes and especially like trying new pizzas
