Which drugs are illegal?

  • Cannabis
  • Cocaine
  • Ecstasy
  • GHB
  • Heroin
  • Ice
  • LSD
  • PCP
  • Diazepam, valium, steroids, methadone (and others) - if you don't have a prescription

Use

  • Smoke
  • Inhale
  • Inject
  • Consume
  • Introducing drug into the body of another person

Possess

  • On your body
  • In your house
  • In your car or a car you are driving

Trafficking

  • Selling or dealing
  • Buying for someone else
  • Exchanging drugs
  • Agreeing to sell drugs
  • Selling someone a harmless substance that they think is a drug.

Trafficable quantities

  • 3 grams - amphetamine, cocaine, ecstasy, heroin, ice, MDMA (includes any mixer)
  • 250 grams or 10 plants - cannabis
