The present perfect is a combination of the present tense and the perfect aspect that is used to express a past event that has present consequences.

To form the present perfect, the auxiliary verb "to have" is used in the present and the past participle of the verb.

Sujeto + verbo auxiliar (to have) + participio pasado

Example:
I have talked to Chloe (He hablado con Chloe)
They have learned English.(Han aprendido inglés.)
She has gone to work.(Ella a ido a su trabajo.)

Sujeto + verbo auxiliar (to have) + “not” + participio pasado.

Example:
haven’t talked to Chloe.(No he hablado con Chloe.)
They haven’t learned English.(No han aprendido inglés.)
She hasn’t gone to work.(Ella no ha ido a su trabajo.)

Interrogative Sentences
