Alcoholism: A medical condition in which someone frequently drinks too much alcohol and becomes unable to live a normal and healthy life.

WHY TO EDUCATE FAMILIES

  • Alcoholism does not only affect the abuser but the family and friends as well.
  • It's good to know how to consult the family member.
  • Good to know how to be patient with the recovery process.
