How to Implement

• Determine the needs of the teachers and students
• Gather the resources needed
• Develop solutions for problems that will emerge (troubleshoot)
• Provide easy access for staff to find out the information needed (i.e. how to navigate, troubleshoot, resources)

Step One

• Find out what teachers will need from me to accomplish a goal
• Analyze different digital learning environments and resources that will match the goal.

Step Two

• Play with the digital learning environment to understand problems that might come up
• Create a list of resources to fit those needs

Step Three

• Determine the problems that may emerge
• Create possible solutions for these problems
• Develop a troubleshoot guide for the staff to access

Step Four

• Develop a way for teachers to access the resources/guide needed

Steps

• Take courses on Canvas and play with creating my own course.
• Develop resources for teachers to use to understand how Canvas work and create my own videos in ASL explaining how to use it
• Troubleshoot problems and prepared to explain how to get around those problems in video or text guide

• Finally, I developed my own Canvas course and website for teachers to access that used screencastify and resources to help them set up their own Canvas courses.
