1.Bertie lives with his Mum and Dad
in South Africa.
2. Bertie sees a lion covered in mud
and sarounded by hyenas.

and finds out it is a white lion.
4. Bertie askes his mum if
he can keep him.

8.The lion gets bigger and they
can't keep him any more.
9.His dad says he has to go live with his aunt & uncle in
England becasue he has to go to boarding school.
10.while Bertie is on the boat to England a Frenchman comes and picks the white lion up and takes it to a circus.
11.He runs away from boarding school
and meets a girl named Mille
12.Millie flys a kite and breaks it.
13.Bertie fixes the kite.
14.Bertie returns home and
finds the white lion
