COMPLEMENTARY ANGLE

  • Two angles are Complementary when they add up to 90 degrees (a Right Angle right angle).

SUPPLEMENTARY ANGLES

  • Two Angles are Supplementary when they add up to 180 degrees.

CORRESPONDING ANGLES

  • When two lines are crossed by another line (which is called the Transversal), the angles in matching corners are called corresponding angles.

SCALENE TRIANGLE

  • A triangle with all sides of different lengths. No sides are equal and no angles are equal

ISOSCELES TRIANGLE

  • A triangle with two equal sides The angles opposite the equal sides are also equal
