POES LIFE

  • Born on January 19, 1809
  • Died October 7, 1849
  • Some books he wrote was the raven, the tell tale heart, and annabell lee.
  • His mom died when he was almost three of tuberculosis.
  • His foster Mom died on Febuary 28,1829 of tuberculosis.

POE'S LIFE

  • He had no money, no job skills, and had been shunned by John Allan.
  • In 1831 Poe went to New York City where his poems were published.
  • Poe's parents seperated and Elizibeth Poe takes the children.
  • And when he was 34 he won a hundred dollar prize for "The Gold Bug".
