  • We avoid questions out of a natural desire to protect ourselves
  • We’re too often in a rush.
  • We often lack skills in asking or answering questions
  • We find ourselves in environments that discourage questions

  • Courage includes the willingness to ask questions that might challenge
  • Courage can even break up- current perceptions and patterns.
  • Courage is required to keep looking for better answers
