• 5 rubber bands
• 1 piece of construction paper
• 3 feet of tape

• The lifting device must wind or crank to the bottom of the drop and back up again carrying a container of cargo. The device CAN BE attached to the table top.

• The lifting device must carry a container to an area 3 feet below its position, retrieve an object, and bring the object back to the starting point. It must have a way to attach to the rescue carrier.
