Connection:I have been brave one time at DisneyLand my sister encouraged me to ride the fastest roller coaster there and I excepted.I was brave like when Parvana yelled at the guards for her father.Mine was different from Parvana's experience because mine was more for the thrill but Parvana had to protect someone and that is a lot harder to do.So It was easier for me to be brave in that situation than it was for Parvana.But when I accomplished the roller coaster I felt good and I was glad I did it.

My connection to this is that my sister is vaguely familiar to Nooria.She is always mad at me for nothing which proves she is like Nooria.But Nooria is different from my sister because Nooria lives in a harder part of the world than my sister does.So Nooria would probably be more grateful where we live than she is in Afghanistan.

Connection: I have a connection to the window women.I was 5 years old and I was walking on the street in the middle of town with my mom and there was a creepy guy asking my mom for money.I felt uneasy and we left.If I was receiving gifts from the window women I would feel uneasy.The Window Woman is very mysterious,like a homeless man on the road.

Mrs.Weera is very enthusiastic and outgoing.

My connection to Mrs.Weera is my mom.My mom is always enthusiastic and is keeping up the team spirit.Like Mrs.Weera she is always getting something done around the house.My mom makes me feel good about myself.My mom is outgoing and tries her best to make every day a great one.
