How to build a character

Abraham Lincoln said, “Reputation is the shadow. Character is the tree.” Our character is much more than just what we try to display for others to see, it is who we are even when no one is watching. Good character is doing the right thing because it is right to do what is right. It is is those character qualities, those character traits, that determine a person’s response in any given situation . Some of the traits that i need to obtain a good character:

1.HONESTLY:

• Honesty is more than telling the truth. It’s living the truth. It is being straightforward and trustworthy in all of your interactions, relationships, and thoughts. Being honest requires self-honesty and authenticity.

2. CREATIVITY :

• Approaching a need, a task, or an idea from a new perspective.

3. CONFIDENCE:

• Believing in myself and working on my self-esteem can help me to build a good character

4. BOLDNESS :

• Confidence that what I have to say or do is true, right, and just.
