BUTTERFLIES AND STARS

THEME

• The idea for this ceiling tile was to make a bunch of butterflies, stars, and nazi sign. The butterflies represent all the jews that died. The nazi’s sign is represents the germans taking over the jews. We made a hitler and a jew to represent that hate. We wanted to give hitler a more 3D form so Maritxa and kimmy decided to make him out of cardboard. We planed to make a concentration camp as a background.

WHO WORKED ON WHAT

• Jose was the one who mostly work on the butterflies, stars, and the nazi’s sign. Kimmy did most of the hitler and the jew. Maritza work on The rounds and helping Jose with the signs. Angelina also helped Jose on the signs. Maritxa and Angelina worked on the presentation. We all worked on making the poem old and rustic. Jose, Maritza, Kimmy worked on the sketch. Then us Jose, Maritxa, Kimmy worked on the concentration camp.

WHAT WE STRUGGLED WITH

• We struggled with the butterflies, stars, and the nazi's signs took to much time. We also got to stressed out. Some of us kept arguing about things. To be honest the time was very little in Maritxa's opinion.

What we could have done better

• Jose says that we could have plan better. Kimmy says we could have focus more into the project. Angelina says we could have worked together. Maritxa says that we could have stayed more clam because everyone would get really stressed out.
