• Going to chemistry every day
• Learning the elements
• Doing the reading at night
• Raising their hand in class
• Star qualities

BOREDOM

• Having no interest
• It's determined by how you see something
• Indicators: doodling, pen tapping, knee bouncing, & pen chewing
• Can be a life-long mental habit
• Fake it 'til you make it

PROCRASTINATION

• It's putting off something that is unpleasant
• Ex: homework, cleaning your room, & doing chores
• If you wait last minute, then you have to rush
• If you procrastinate, you get easily distracted

LISTENING

• Sometimes you space out & think about how hot the class was or how boring the teacher was
• You want to be in the zone & processing what they say
• You don't want to be distracted, judgmental, or have your life on your mind or you aren't listening
