- Your name & *permanent* contct info
- Your practicum / student teaching experiences
- Relevant work with kids
- Something to make your resume stand out

- Posting
- Apply (resume, TAILORED cover letter, screenshot of cert or application)
- I email all candidates with a link for 2 essay questions
- I weed down 5 for interview, 3 for 2nd round, 2 for demo lessons, 1 offer.

- Cleaned up your SM?
- Kick off / untag qestionable content?
