Caused when body temperature is below 35*c
Elders, babies, little children , people with diabetes, people with special needs, and skinny people are more effected.
Don't assume the person is DEAD 😲.
Dress warm in layers.

Stay dry (if you get wet the water may freeze and you will be constantly touching ice)
Alcohol, cigarettes, and Caffeine can make you more cold, you should drink hot chocolate
Remove wet clothes
Mild hypothermia is between 32-35*
Severe hypothermia is below 32*
