In a v crunch position move your arms back and forth and twist
Wall Sit
Hold the position of your legs at 90° angle against a wall
Squats
Squat down with your legs at 90° like sitting in a chair then stand back up
Forearm Plank
Hold a push-up Position except on your on forearms
Reverse crunches
It’s like a crunch but your moving your legs instead of your upper body
Crab kicks
With your back facing the ground hold your weight on your arms and legs then switch the between both legs and kick up
Air jump rope
Jump rope without using a jump rope
Right side plank
With right side of body facing the ground keep body straight holding your body up with your right arm
Squat jumps
Do a squat by bending you knees 90° then extend you legs into a jump
Left side plank
With left side of body facing the ground keep body straight holding your body up with your left arm
