- have you been told to diet; watch what you're eating; low to no carbs; just get off sugar; to diet and exercise; if so, how's that going?

- To accomplish this you first have to learn what is causing your Type 2 diabetes. You're dealing with the (fruits) symptoms of diabetes...I want to help you learn the root cause.
- You as an individual are unique and this means your individual DNA exposure to your environment is unique requiring individualized attention and a unique plan.
- food is not your enemy! food addiction, cravings, and emotional eating have a strong correlation with your microbiome.
- some foods touted as healthy may actually cause blood sugar spikes and reactions vary from one diabetic to another.
These are some of but not all of the reasons why the conventional wisdom and things you're trying are not helping or making it worse
