• He needed to deliver a key presentation in front the executive team. With no prior training or coaching he delivered the presentation…it did NOT go well.

A world conference was planned for 700 leaders to meet in Chicago. Jan was invited to speak, but respectfully declined. After enough persuasion, she agreed. Having no prior training or coaching, she sought me out to coach her.

JAN'S STORY

Unbeknownst to me, Jan was always comfortable sitting at the head of the table. However, she said the thought of presenting to 700 people was beyond frightening. Once we set our plan in place to help her handle her nerves with such a large group, we got to work. With a lot of coaching and practice Jan was ready. Not only did she do well… She ended up being one of the best rated speakers of the event.
