In November, we started to plan and plant the garden. In December, we started to plan the pathway & order bricks, benches, and the birdbath. We also started to blog in December about our plants. In January, we started the pathway. In February and March, we were still working on the pathway. In the beginning of April, we finished the pathway. We were so excited!

WHAT WE DID WITH THE PATH

• We shoveled all the dirt.
• When we were done, we put sand down.
• Then we started to lay bricks down.

We started to plant in our garden on November 15, 2013 . We were excited when we finished because the garden looked very beautiful.

Some plants we planted are really growing. Some plants we planted were the Salvia, the Philadelphus, and the Salvia Spathacea.

What we did in the garden was mostly taking out weeds & pulling grass. After we did that we started to put plants in. We planted over 100 plants! We love our garden and we hope you do too.

We had a few problems to our garden. First, we had a gopher eating plants. We stopped that by putting laundry sheets in the holes. They were gone. Then, the tree in our garden was going to get cut down. It killed lots of plants. We got $300 to replace the plants, so maybe we can put a tree there! We are happy we fixed that.

We are so happy that we get to present our garden to the whole school. We hope you like our garden!
