THE COMMUNITY ORIGINS

SHAWN

• Shawn worked in the White House in 2150
• He was one of the president's body guards
• The country had had political disputes between the states
• This eventually lead to massive levels of extreme violence.

THE PHONE CALL

• As he was driving to work he received a a call on his video phone.
• It was from an anonymous source warning him about a plan
• It said, " a nuclear bomb aimed at the capital will be launched a 1500 tomorrow.
• Shawn was aghast but the phone hung up before he could say anything

ESCAPE

• After the mysterious phone call, Shawn was sent to France.
• He had his team trace the call and was sent on a black operations mission.
• On his way to France, the plane was hit with massive amounts of turbulence.
• The plane had started to lose control

THE BOMB HAD WENT OFF

• The flight tower called in and said that a bomb had gone off
• They plane was to land immediately, but it was too late.
• They were going down .

STRANDED

• The plain crashed onto an island.
• Shawn struggled through all the rubble and looked for survivors.
• Shawn was the only one who lived
• After a couple of hours, he heard more explosions
• At night Shawn saw a helicopter flying in the sky

SALVATION

• The helicopter saw Shawn and started to descend
• As it was landing the aircraft started to smoke.
• Due to the shock wave of the bomb, the helicopter's propeller disconnected
• A woman jumped out and the helicopter exploded
• The remains landed in the water and four other survivors swam to the shore

SURVIVAL

• During the beginning years on the island they needed to survive
• They used their resources to build homes and clothes using the island's material
• They then made families and their group grew greatly
• Shawn became the leader of the group because he had the best memory.
• Others had lost most of their memories when the bomb hit

THE COMMUNITY GROWS

• Several people from other countries had come to live in Shawn's community.
• The destruction from the war had drawn out the people to come live in the island
• They would only live in a community with a central government
• Shawn had apparently had the most memory and raised people to live in peace
• He showed them that violence is wrong and to let go of love and all emotion

• Shawn noticed that the people couldn't live without emotion
• Scientists made remedies that would suspend emotions and color
• Everyone in the community had started to live in sameness except for him
• Shawn had the burden of living with the terrible memories of the past life and kept them secret
• for years to come

CIVILIZATION

• Shawn past his memories to people he trusted
• When Shawn died, the community still lived in sameness except for Shawn's son , Bruce
• Who was the son of Susie, the woman who jumped out of the helicopter
• She then scheduled for release (execution) so she can be with Shawn
