• It all started in 1993 in Clarksville, IN.
• Our founder is Kent Taylor

• There are over 500 stores nationwide

What is Andy's Outreach?
Andy's Outreach is Texas Roadhouse's way of raising money to help our Roadies who have been directly impacted by a severe hardship, crisis, or catastrophe.

Be professional

• Respect your co-workers

• Do not conduct personal business on company time

Legendary hours

• Legendary hours are from 5-9 weekdays, and 5-10 weekends.
• No smoke breaks, getting on your phone, or eating during legendary hours.
• This includes being on a wait as well.

uniform don'ts

• No visible tattoos/ piercings
• No beards longer than 1/2 inch
• No chewing gum
• No Holes in pants
• no shoes that are name brand and not NON SLIP

I want my $$$

• You get paid every Tuesday (your first check will take 2 weeks)
• Hosts and SAs make $3.35 an hour + tipshare
• tipshare is 3% of the servers sales
• You get minimum wage during training

Employees discounts

• Anytime you and 3 guest receive 30% discount
• On the days you work, free salads, rolls, and drinks
• Must be before or after shift, and out of uniform
• Must tip at least 15% of original ticket
• Employees are not allowed to sit at bar top

• Request off's are due at 12pm Wednesday, a week before the next schedule comes out, To AMBUR
• Remember it's a request, not a promise
• All shift exchanges MUST be approved by a manager via Hotschedules
• Calling in

Holidays

• We are open 363 days a year
• We are closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas Day
• Be prepared to work all other holidays
