Positive Effective Communication :)

Technology-
Social net working

Generational-
More and more as generations get older the traditional ways of leading our leaving.
Now days it's more common for employees to work hard because they trust their boss not because they trust their company. Being careful on how you talk and choosing the right "effective" words can lead to more productivity or the "poor" choice of words, (whether it's true or not) can lead to lack of productivity.

"True, open, and have pure communication."
David Gebler

How truthful should be?
How much open dialog should you have?
How much should you communicate?

"Timing is everything!"

Remember.....
Does it elevate the associate or does it elevate only me, and is this a productive conversation?
