GPS - Getting lost isn't a problem anymore. It wasn't until the 2000s when the military-use signal restrictions were lifted and brought gps accuracy down to 20 meters.
Cellphones - Almost everyone has a cellphone. Today's phones are like computers in your pocket. Without phones basic communication would be completely different. No texting, FaceTime or calls while on the go.
Digital Cameras - not only do digital cameras capture precious family moments, they also capture some of the most historical. Everything would just be in someone's memory or written down without cameras.
DVD Players - We've upgraded from VHS movies to DVDs. It takes away the hassle of going to the movies every time you want to watch a movie. Without it you wouldn't be able to watch your favorite movie anytime you want.
eBay - The buy and sell website that's super popular. You can almost buy about anything on eBay and for a low price. Without it the Internet auctiom era might have never happened.
Social Media - How the world stays connected. The new generation has created a place for people to express themselves, learn what's happening in the world and to meet new people.
Laptop - Today's laptops can do just about anything. The computer has continuously upgraded through the years. Without it easy research, emailing, games or using programs for work wouldn't be possible.
YouTube - YouTube is a big hit on the Internet. Watching music videos or listening to cover videos wouldn't be as easy. Many people get discovered using YouTube. Many hit videos also wouldn't be seen without it.
Smart Tvs - Tv's today can do anything. Accessing the Internet, Netflix, games and more. It's just like a computer but able to watch tv.
Google - Everyone uses google to find out basic information. Developed by two Ph.D students at Stanford. Without google the Internet would change.
